The electronic system in an alphanumeric display is far more complex than in a numeric. Therefore it is recommended that you define your needs before commiting to purchase.
Alphanumeric Display
Alphanumeric displays are designed to visualise all letters in the alphabet, as well as numerals and symbols. Features include optional blink, scroll, etc. Used in a variety of contexts, these displays communicate in written language.
Numeric Display
Numeric displays are designed solely for the display of numerals. Therefore, these displays are often used to visualise measurement results, queue numbers, positions, running numbers, or production numbers. Also, thes displays are often used in public contexts for the display of queue numbers or unoccupied parking spaces.
